「Most importantly, the cleanliness of the room and the staff were absolutely excellent. We stayed in the Hawthorn North Suite. Room: I would have enjoyed a firmer mattress. My wife had no complaints, but I had to place a pillow under my legs for back comfort. 「The hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful, we had an issue with our toilet and somebody immediately came up and fixed it.」

「设施陈旧」

「ok」

「Breakfasts were great. The temperature of the room could be adjusted. The room had a soft chair. The motel was close to fast food and a car rental place.」

「Upon arrival the door to the room we were assigned was wide open.」

「Clean, quiet, and convenient」

「Toilet flushing was finicky. No towels were in the room, so we walked over to the office to get those. Room reasonably clean, except behind doors. New laminate flooring looks nice but really needed a good mopping!」
