「AC in room didn’t work well」

「Having a refrigerator & microwave in our room was awesome! Your cleaning team was very pleasant… The free breakfast was less desirable! There was no microwave in the breakfast area to heat up cold food. Also, when front desk manager was mopping the floor. He never used wet floor signs and he mopped the whole hallway at one time.」

「Don’t waste your money here. Our room was absolutely disgusting, yellow walls, stains on the bathtub and toilet. The bed sucks, the water pressure in the shower is virtually non existent. Also upon returning around 9 pm, there was 3 seperate groups of people partying in the parking lot, several hotel room doors were wide open for some reason and all these loud drunks were in the parking lot seemingly all night. I couldn’t wait to get home to take a real shower and get rid of the smelly clothes I...

「Nancy was a very big help with giving information, suggesting restaurants and areas of Harper's Ferry! I stopped by there early just to find it, and she actually called me minutes after the housekeepers finished! A good two hours sooner. The place was comfortable, with very easy access!」

「We enjoyed the schoolhouse very much as the kitchen is well stocked and we were able to cook easy dinners and lunches. The location was great as we visited nearby Harper’s Ferry and Shepardstown’s Bavarian Inn (dinner). The farmland in the area was breathtaking as we enjoyed driving around at night. The schoolhouse was a special experience considering both of us are teachers. Great job on the decor!」
