"The hotel was nice, the breakfast was amazing, and the location was great, but we had a toilet issue twice with it overflushing, and it was hard getting in touch with the front desk to have them address the issue as they didnt always pick up the phone/stay physically present at the front desk. The amenities were nice (the pool and the hot tub), but the hours were very irregular, and didnt always match what one front desk staff said to the next. "

"The hotel is central and well situated where Ben Yehuda meets Jaffa Street with excellent transport links. We found the staff to be very pleasant and very helpful (especially Tamir on reception) and check in/out was straightforward. Our bedroom was clean, good sized and well appointed. There is a warm, decent sized swimming pool in the basement and a small gym (though I must confess to being defeated by the multipurpose exercise machines!) There is a good sized lounge area on the entrance floor...
