"Elephant Bedroom is a luxury tented camp that provides great individual service for its guests. We had a wonderful guide on our game drives who was sensitive to our wishes as photographers. The only drawback is that electricity is only available in the camp at certain times of the day which means that battery charging has to be carefully planned and it is important to bring spares if you are a heavy user."

"This is an excellent and reasonably priced place to visit, very peaceful and quiet. The landscape is serene which I could view from my own private deck with fresh coffee throughout the day. Paul the manager was extremely helpful in making arrangements for a game drive and a couple of great cultural experiences with the local tribe, along with nightly camp fire and music from a Kenyan Nyatiti I believe. "Isiolo is a small town, 40,000 people. There are not a lot of accomodations. One good thing about the hotel is the fact that it has an elevator and limited parking. It is clean. The staff are very friendly, but probably Kenyans are gentle in general. The hot water did not always work. The restaurant offering are limited, even for a small town."
