「Semua ok kecuali bilik hotel, lantai kotor. Pintu toilet patut diperbaiki. Lantai juga perlu di tukar agar lebih hygiene.」

「The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.」

「感覺離吉隆坡有點距離，附近不知道有什麼景點！因為有活動在飯店旁邊舉辦，所以訂這裡！離會場很近，機能不錯！」

「The reception staff were helpful and polite. The room was spacious with a pantry, dining table and sufficient bathroom amenities. However, the pillow didn't feel clean or fresh and the room smelled of moth balls which reduced somewhat after a few days but did not completely go away. The location was a bit far for me and LDP can be quite jam especially at peak hours.」

「Excellent staff. Poor hotel. No refrigerator in room. Only one small recessed ceiling light in bathroom. I was unable to shave with razor, so I bought a light for the bathroom. Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at...

「Check in process was quite slow and staff not really happy to help. The room was quite old and not maintained. Towels are not clean. The elevator is quite slow, so please plan your check out well. However. It's walking distance to Hextar world mall which convenient.」
