「入住時因滿房而擅自要更改我的預定，改去別家評價很低的飯店入住，無法接受。2小時後因有人取消入住才得以在原飯店入住，但隔天還要換房間。處理過程很差勁，第一晚的房間還降等且空調聲音很大，很難入睡。總之，打亂渡假的心情是最令人沮喪的。」
