Most of staff were very helpful and it was helpful that some spoke English, although we didn't expect that as we were in France and, out of curtesy, we believed that we should attempt speaking French. Activities were free eg. crazy golf, tennis etc. The restaurant on site was for all-inclusive guests only, so we couldn't eat there. "Staff were positive and friendly however we had a burnt out lightbulb which didn’t get replaced. Lights in the lounge at night are low wattage and the lounge is poorly lit making reading difficult. Having said that - would we stay there again? Yes. Very handy to the village."

"Great premises and killer staff, but the real kicker is the proximity to the loveliest beach in town. A 30 second walk, and you find yourself in this volcanic creek with gorgeous views of the bay. Did early morning yoga and took a swim as the sun was coming up. This is what this hotel provides – on top of everything else! Also, great breakfast experience. A no-brainer."

Check in was fine but we were asked to pay a deposit which is not mentioned when booking and us very old school and not something one expects in today’s Hôtel environment. They stated they have a roof terrace with drinks and snacks available. However this roof top terrace is merely a terrace to one of their larger rooms and there is not actual bar or person to serve you - not really a true roof top terrace.
