"I traveled to Harbin on my own, and even though I did not speak much Chinese and had a late check in, the man at the desk did his best to help me, through a language app. The service was wonderful in the morning as well, even helping call me a taxi to my next destination. The room was clean and comfortable and lived up to its pictures online. However, please note that this hotel does not accept visa, only cash WeChat or Alipay, and requires a damage fee as well, which is returned at checkout....

"酒店前台接待工作人员有点儿游离，入住时我提出是Hotels网上预订的房间，并且已经付款（实际是我记错了），酒店前台工作人员并没有很耐心地向我解释清楚预订时并未网上付费，导致我即时火大。 酒店房间内的设施看得出是用心装修成3星级，但是一些设施没有很好的维修，衣柜门开合不利索，洗浴间的门关不紧。可能是装饰材料的问题，室内的空气明显不清新。 整体而言，住得很舒适，舒适度可以给三星半。"
