「Modern hotel, very clean, nice staff」

「The hotel had multiple postings about being under construction. The rooms were terribly small. The description said 2 queen size beds. The beds were full size. My husband and I couldn’t fit in the same bed. Shower was dirty. Linens and curtains were stained. Key card wouldn’t work so we asked for help only to have staff question if we knew how to use it. Breakfast was adequate. No hot tub and pool was cloudy and cold. Only reason we stayed was because at 1am in the morning this was our only...

「Staff were all very friendly. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We stayed in a suite and it was very spacious.」

「This property was terrible. We arrived to find the house filthy and all the beds unmade. Trash everywhere, food left out on counters, blood in one of the beds. We could not stay here and booked another hotel at 11:00 PM in Pittsburgh. I have never seen such a filthy vacation rental. 」
