「My family recently stayed at this place, a newly opened hotel, and everything still feels fresh and clean. We booked a family apartment, which was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The interior design is modern, and the beds are great. Breakfast was good, not a huge selection yet, but the food was fresh. Since the hotel is still new, there are a few small things to improve, for example, the elevator was a bit slow. But overall, these are minor issues and didn’t affect our stay...

「This hotel was is favourite place to stay in Hanoi. The staff are lovely and so helpful and accommodating. Trang took the best care of us. She really wanted us to enjoy our stay and time in Hanoi. The hotel is recently renovated with really nice spacious rooms and excellent sound proofing. It’s a great location for walking around the old quarter. Highly recommend! 」

The staff were very helpful with things to do in the area and even helped us to book a cruise to Ha Long Bay.
