「I wasted about $21 extra as Uber fee just looking for the place and never found the location. I had to go for different place to sleep. I wonder if you guys are real. There's no number to call for help. I believe this hotel is a scam. No one should try it」

「We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact.」
