「This is the most affordable place to stay in the area for sure. We came into town just to get passports and didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on a hotel and parking. Parking is free here. You get a studio apartment with everything you need too. The only thing not done were some dirty utensils the previous guests hid in the clean utensils, which was weird on the guest's part. 「The unit is very nice and spacious. I enjoyed having a kitchen and full sized fridge during my stay. I did not like that the pool was closed and filthy. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool and amenities but that was a huge disappointment. It would also be nice to have more than 2 bath towels and 2 bathing rags during a 3-4 day booking. One roll of toilet paper really doesn’t help either. Instructions for trash pick ups would’ve been helpful. We were just really on our own to be honest....

「The host was very courteous and responsive every time ! The apartment was very clean and spacious just as the pictures shown. The shower is very small and the shower head should be changed. The bed was not comfortable at all .A better mattress most definitely in need of. Upgrade the TVs. Above that everything was fantastic I will definitely stay again once the few issues are resolved and finished. Great property and host ! 」

「The condo was well kept, as was the rest of the building. Communication from the property management company was excellent. You have an amazing view of downtown from the balcony. One thing I wish I knew beforehand was that the hvac system is probably original to the building (1962). Long story short, you have very little control of the temperature in this unit. The hydronic system is centralized and they change from heat to cool with the seasons. That was a definite inconvenience but not a deal...
