「房間基本設施OK但係有部份需要維修，另外無論係Melbourne或者Sydney 酒店附近基本上不能停車，這個情況應該反映俾當地負責交通停泊。因為無論上車或落車都有困難」

「房間地毯很舊，桌子沒有擦，入住時冰箱有前面住的人留下的牛奶。門口的抽氣或是電箱非常吵，晚上睡覺要用耳塞。 連續住宿，有人進來整理床鋪、換毛巾，但是沒有丟垃圾。」

「職員服務效率高，check-in 及check-out 簡單快㨗，亦能卻保持禮貌及友善。 房內設備齊全，起居使用物品及器材，一應俱全，不失為旅客的理想居停。」
