「I booked an accessible room. I then called the front desk and verified the accessibility either first floor or a reliable elevator. I was assured that I was preassigned a first floor room. I was given 206 which was neither accessible or first floor….no grab bars in the bathroom. No movable shower which means one hand on the shower head and the other on the tiny bar at the rear of the shower. I had to call my wife just to wash. Five days with NO maid service.
