「Great location. Recently remodelled and not ready for guests. Excellent staff at front desk (no English spoken), excellent housekeeping. Very Poor management. No manager to be found. Many things not working: no television, minimum kitchen in suites. No heat whatsoever: Bogota is often cold and heat is needed. Breakfast staff is good but breakfast minimal and poor: no cut fruit, no cereal or milk, no yogurt, no butter. NOT a good breakfast as advertised. 」

「I had communicated that I would be arriving in the early hours of the morning and asked for check-in instructions. I was advised that they could only be sent once o arrived at the building and that there would be someone available to do this. There wasn’t. I ended up having to wait in the lobby of the building till the morning and then had to wait another couple of hours for the room to be cleaned even though my booking started the day before and the apartment should’ve been ready. 「The place was good and the location was amazing. The issues we found were that the bed was too small for two adults, the hairdryer was not working and we tried to contact the host with no success.」
