「Nice place, easy walking distance to the city center and the zoo. The hotel was quiet to sleep in, but the pillows could use some updating.」

Se andar um pouquinho, chega-se a euro tower e ao centro histórico. A rua do edifício é um pouco estranha, mas ninguém nos abordou em momento algum. Muito policiado.」

「Excellent places to stay and enjoy vacation, very clean have everything we need. 」

「I received an email without start & comfort codes. I takes me about 1-hour to get into my apartment. It is also very inconvenience and expensive for a foreigner to make an emergency call. It will be charged as international phone call. The whole activation/access processes should be reviewed and improved.」

「离车站接近，很好找。客房干净，面积也大，比后来的希尔顿大多了。早餐包含在房价里，很不错。」

「Ich habe früher in 4-Sternehotels gearbeitet und für diesen Preis war das Gebotene hervorragend. Allerdings sind es zum nächsten ÖNPV ca. 800 m und für jemand Gehbehinderten, ohne eigenes Auto, nicht zu schaffen. allerdings gleicht sich das durch den absolut günstigen Preis für Frankfurter Verhältnisse wieder aus. Ich bin gehbehindert. 」

「Overall it was good experience. But there is no reception. Check in was terrible. Waiting lot of time infront of the front door, then again lot time infront of the room door. Finally after Al transfer me to the supporting team the issue was resolved. 」
