「The place is really beautiful area. Rooms in the main building are smaller but very comfortable and clean. No pool but a nice outdoor hot tub. No breakfast but there are restaurants that serve it. Also no coffee in the lobby but lots in the room. Also have to book way in advanced for a stay as they are always usually full.」

「Had to move rooms / noisey fridge /hot water very slow/ hand sink clogged/ air conditioner noisey! Second room bathroom door sticking/ toilet seat was sliding off/ bathroom sink very slow to drain. Breakfast included was limited food items / Coffee luke warm and cold in thermos! Room was clean! Staff we're fine! Kitchen's we're clean!」

「5 stars. Amazing staff (we were early and they accommodated myself and my 3 children!) The room itself was wonderful and quiet, the pool was great (fastest waterside and perfect temperature pool). Would stay here again.」

「Luggage rack is broken, the mattress lining was stained with what appeared to be poop and blood and other fluids. Walls were filthy, turned their white face cloths into black cloths when i was done washing the wall. The fridge was way too loud we had to unplug it. The surfaces of the furniture like the end table are all bubbly from water damage. I think they need better cleaner for the stains or the cleaning staff need to be retrained, or let go and find someone passionate about hotel work. The...
