「The head boards were soiled and dusty. Had to ask the staff to clean the room again, which they but not satisfactorily. The towels are worn out, and so are the bed sheets. Damp smell in the bathrooms. Poor lighting in the room. Dusty windows. Tv that doesnt work etc etc」

「We never stayed in the place. There was a security at the gate who gave us keys and we had to figure out where the accommodation was. We left and checked in at a hotel in town. Can I please get a refund of what I paid?」
