「I love this hotel. Very cozy. Gives a residential/community vibe. Events happen on different days of the week. Cute courtyard with a projector screen for movie nights. Football game was playing during my stay. Complimentary drink (champagne, mimosa, or coffee) for each guest. Hotel staff are friendly. I definitely recommend! 」

「I read so many negative reviews before staying so I was very nervous. They were completely wrong. This hotel had wonderful staff with great resilience. We were in town for the Chris Brown concert. There were hundreds of people in the lobby. The 2 gentleman worked quickly to get everyone checked in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The valet people were so kind and everyone had great attitudes. On the second day, we needed more towels and washcloths and they were provided with no issues. The...

「訂的是三人房， 結果梳化床沒有枕頭、床單、及被提供， 要自己去櫃檯問，居然說五月中天氣不凍不提供。 幸好另一個員工聽到沒有被感覺較凍， 主動提供比張毛氈， 但係前台第一個員工態度非常之差， 最初check-in攞房已經完全不對資料求其就比兩間房我們， 結果是我們主動提出只訂了一間房。 初時評語入住登記都俾佢四星， 但係到晚上認真使用設施才覺得這間酒店不值此評核 水壓簡直弱弱的， 員工態度差，早餐非常一般，不會再入住」

「Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.」
