"While the staff were very nice and check-in went well, the hotel needs to address some issues. Our room was clean however there weren't any shower products. All the containers were empty. Shower was lukewarm and the fire alarm went off at 3:15 am. We tried to call the front desk but the room landline was not working. My husband used his cellphone to reach Josh at the front desk. His response was " yeah the fire alarm doesn't work, and we'll have a good one." Breakfast was okay, bananas were overripe but that was about it. "

"When my wife and I arrived at the hotel, after many hours on the road, there was no one at the registration desk when I checked in. I waited approximately 10 minutes before the desk clerk arrived. Several others were there also waiting for service. "
