「The only negative for this hotel is a lack of parking near, which, to be fair, the hotel very clearly communicates to guests. This proved so inconvenient that we moved to another hotel for a return stay we had planned. Otherwise absolutely no complaints - a clean, comfortable room with nice kitchenette and BONUS in room laundry which was awesome during our extended trip to Australia. From the location you can walk to a great grocery store and many nice restaurants in Subiaco, downtown Perth, and...

「Large apartment with all facilities we needed including washing and drying machine inside the apartment. Though a bit far by walking distance to the city centre, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby with reasonable price. The hotel have car park at 25AUD per night but it is easy to find a public car park space at the street which is free from 6pm to 8am. So actually you don't need to pay for car park if you just need parking at night or pay for 5 AUD per hour outside the free parking...

「因為同行有人士是吸煙的，在網上看到此酒店有提供吸煙房間才打算預訂此酒店, 後來CHECK IN時才被告知現在全澳洲的酒店都已經是禁煙的了, 雖然掃興但很明白此點是為大眾著想, 但希望能於網頁上更新一下資料以免其他旅客有所誤會。 除了以上問題, 整體來說酒店是不錯的, 會推薦給朋友。」
