I would understand that it is difficult, however there is great potential in such a stunning property of amazing historic value, only if the management took it seriously. The lift was broken, there was no food available, the room we were hastily given was very shabby, had no electricity to begin with, and a broken off toilet seat. There did not seem to be any other guests. "
