She went above and beyond to help us when our reservation was canceled even after we were checked in.... it was a nightmare, but she helped us immensely. I will recommend The Spark to anyone traveling in Waldorf! We will also be back in the future.」

「This was the worst didnt even stay dirty sheets small pillows not enough linens eberything smeared like not even cleaned. It was musty muggy and hot. The pictures and review have done nothing for this horrible experience. Staff rude and not helpful just walk by ignore you. Very upset drove 4 hours for a motor cross championship just to drive all the way home with a 9 year old and 16 month old at that. Very disappointing.」

「To begin, upon our arrival, there were several individuals in the lobby who appeared to be local residents loitering in the area. The lobby itself was generally unclean, creating a poor first impression. The elevator was also dirty, and the hallway leading to our room had a strong animal odor.
