Ho chiesto per quasi due ore un asciugacapelli perché quello che c’è nn funziona anche avvalendomi del servizio clienti hotel.com ma nulla. Loro non rispondono, nessuno è reperibile. non capisco come si può gestire una struttura così. 」

「Frühstück wird leider nur im Zimmer zu sehr späten Zeiten serviert. Man hat keine Auswahl, man bekommt nur etwas vom Bäcker. Dadurch entsteht sehr viel Müll. Kaffee oder Tee gibt es zum Frühstück nicht kostenlos, muss man sich extra kaufen. Das hätte man sicher anders lösen können. Platz wäre im Zwischengeschoss gewesen. 」
