The plus side of this hotel: it’s cheap and close to super large Carrefour shopping complex Otherwise: sound insulation non existent- your hear the neighbour walking in the room, the bath cubicle is smaller than in any Japanese hotel and the double bed keeps you cosy. Was good for a night, but would not have stayed longer」

「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「 Virkelig godt hotel til et par dage i Rouen. Morgenmaden er tæt på at være den bedste hotelmorgenmad jeg nogensinde har oplevet. Kæmpe udvalg og lutter lokale produkter. Værelserne er rene og pæne. Parkeringskælder lige under hotellet. Og hotellet ligger lige i centrum. Jeg kommer gerne tilbage. 」

Det var regnvejr da vi ankom og personalet var meget obs på at give os den bedst mulige oplevelse i forhold til at udforske byen. Om det var lån af paraply eller tips til spisesteder. Vi følte os meget velkomne. Herudover kan vi anbefale morgenmaden.」
