「Bien que jolie avec une belle terrasse extérieure, cette maison manque d’entretien : porte de placard branlante, 2 lits qui grincent au moindre mouvement empêchant de dormir, un robinet de lavabo déscellé, micro-ondes en panne, porte d’entrée difficile à ouvrir, et interrupteurs difficiles à trouver. Nous avons été aussi un peu déçu de l’accueil froid de la propriétaire, pas franchement à l’écoute et peu prévenante: nous avons certes eu 1h de retard sur l’heure d’arrivée mais personne pour nous...

「We had an absolutely fantastic time at Villas Pina! Stayed 4 nights here in April. The 6 rooms all have the same layout and are very practical and spacious. There is a small kitchen with a large fridge, safety box and 2 queen beds! Also there is a large veranda and you get coffee every morning before breakfast, which we very much enjoyed while watching one of the sloth in the mango tree in front of us. 「Staff was great, casitas were cute, pool was nice. The rooms however are not very sound proof. Other noisy guests there in the pool or nearby rooms can be heard very well. You can hear TV and other noises in the next casita. 」

「Property was walking distance to the beaches and town center. Pool was awesome! There's an area with hammocks tables and grill to cook out. We also had a kitchenette in our balcony. It was great cooking outside with the warm breeze. We also had a hammock where we spent a lot of our time listening to the nature sounds. The owner and staff were super friendly and always made sure we were good. 」

「The staff were incredible and so helpful. The cabins are open air; just screen windows, so if you hate being damp, this is not the place for you. There are also a lot of ants, so don't leave ANY crumbs unattended. Location and garden were amazing... Definitely a "roughing it" kind of stay, so be prepared, and bring waterproof bags or ziplocks for your electronics」

「The bungalow was private and you can see toucans in your back yard. Isabella is amazing, she helped me order food for delivery in the rain, she helped organize excursions, she helped with bike rentals/organized tuk tuks, and recommended things to do around town/best sunsets. Anytime I am in Puerto Viejo I will stay at Villa Roca de Caribe for sure.」
