「Really enjoyed the time and we'll be back. Not sure what was going on with their housekeeping staff. First day we had to ask the desk to have the room cleaned after being gone all day and coming back to a dirty room. They apologized and sent someone up. Then the second day, they came through but forgot some of the towels, left very little toilet paper for the second day in a row. Again, we had to contact the desk. Could be that they were using extra summer staff who didn't know the routine....

「Agradable para tomar un respiro y reponer fuerzas. Su panorámica agradable debido a la situación geográfica (un castillo). Las instalaciones bien decoradas y en la línea de los Paradores dentro de Castillos. La verdad que lo recomiendo... A veces es agradable sentirte importante y fantasear...jejeje!!! 」

From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, friendly, and attentive. The surroundings are also stunning, and the bike ride to spot deer is a must. We would definitely come back!」

La pega es que las instalaciones estan mal cuidadas. Las tablas del suelo estan levantadas y la puerta de entrada de la habitacion estaba descolgada. Es muy caro para tener ese tipo de defectos」

「Estava limpo mas muito degradado, necessita de manutenção urgentemente, carpetes sujas e rotas, torneiras avariadas, mobiliário muito antigo. Demasiado caro para as acomodações oferecidas.」

「It was closed. I was waiting behind door at 19.01, as instructions says. Nobody answered, even call. I must leave from there, and find new place before darkness and night... it was nightmare, unfortunately. Driving for next place 64 km, it was not relevant....」
