「Tell people when they book that it's a work site with jackhammers and that basic amenities are out of order the actual apartment was beautiful but getting in and out was a pain and you knew I was in a wheelchair but your workmen blocked the wheelchair access and laughed at my difficulties 」

「a nice appartment and a nice room. the hotel is just next to the shopping malls and very convenient. the room is spacious and clean. but the intercom doesn't work so i have to go down to reception for rubbish bags. the staff are very nice and sympathetic. there was a misunderstanding about the check out time. the staff waived my late charge after my explanation. very good!」
