「The apartment itself was great, very neat and clean and modern which we liked. The area is great as well. We stayed for 2 weeks and have to say we expected higher level of service. There was no cleaning half way through which was suprising and we had issues with toaster that did not work and missing a duvet and that took 3 days to sort out with contact daily. Lastly, they wrote us 48hour before arrival which was great to sort out deposit and taxi pick up at airport but they did not bother...

「We were only here for a single night passing through Valencia. They accommodated our late evening arrival without problem and were super helpful in booking an early morning taxi to the airport. Our room was on the top floor with a wrap around balcony and great view. Everything was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We would have happily stayed more days if our schedule was different. 」

「The property is modern and up to date and yet is in a very traditional part of Valencia. There is a fantastic bakery, fruit shop and decent supermarket all within a three minute walk of the property. We had visited Valencia before, so knew thr layout of the city and our property was very accessible to the centre(and only five minutes away from the wonderful Botanic Gardens). I really appreciated the powerful hairdryer!! The only criticism is that we could not get the stove top to work; ...

「The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. 」
