「员工亲切,早餐很好咖啡一流」

「I think the hotel is not worth the price. The hotel is lack of facilities, only a pool with restaurant and a minibar. Moreover, the housekeeping service is horrible. I suspect those staff didn't replace the bed sheet coz I found it not tidy. More than that, the housekeeping guy took the sleepers away and didn't replace it with a new one. When I ask them to gimme a sleeper, they gimme a jandal instead and none of the staff understands what I want. And finally I come to reception and tell them...

「Nice experience in angkor heart bungalow. All the staff and manager are helpful and nice. Food and drinks in hotels are the best i had tried in here.Surely, if i come siem reap next time, i will go heart bungalow again.」

「酒店本身还行，但位置极差，一是因为离老市场和景点都较远，二是周边环境极其恶劣，因为它靠着六号公路旁边的居民区。居民区几乎找不到一家可以吃的饭店，酒店自己的餐厅不但价格比其他普通餐厅贵，最主要的做的菜难吃。而且最为要命的是，即使你花三美金（都差不多可以点一个菜了）打tutu，但因为六号公路在修路，一出到六号公路灰尘扑面而来，而且还经常要塞车，有次过酒店旁边六号公司的红绿灯竟花了三十分钟才通过。所以绝不能在近期住这个酒店，除非你就是为了体验印度的感觉。」

「スタッフの英語能力不足、及び連携とフォローアップが全くなっていない。空港ピックアップの車の手配は再三リマインドした挙句アレンジ無し。滞在中の車の手配等も然り。部屋にコオロギと死体が多い。韓国人と中国人観光客多く、何人かは朝食会場などでマナー悪かったり、夜も庭で遅くまで騒いでいた。」

「2月26日晚入住，预订一个豪华标间3个普通标间。可是到了酒店却告诉我们只有一间3人房，2间普通房。房间狭小，床也很小，2个成人睡很挤，同照片显示差距太大了；还多收了10美金的房费，说是房间差价；房间的卫生条件也不敢恭维。严重影响了我们出游的好心情，只能给个差评」

「The waiter's attitude is good, but the hotel's performance and price ratio is very poor, the hotel environment is very poor, breakfast is very poor, there is no food at all. I stayed at the hotel for two days. I was the only passenger.」
