「I'm over 80 and found the ordering of our stay difficult. On arrival I was told that the booking was not for the night but the following night so had to make another booking. I was told that Crisol Monasterio de San Miguel could not transfer the booking so I paid twice. I found your ordering system difficult to navigate and would be very grateful if you could refund me the booking that I could not use. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Ian Hazeel.」

「El hotel está muy muy cerca de la playa y es muy tranquilo. Personal muy amable. Andando 5 minutos hay bastantes opciones para comer (restaurante y tapeo). Además, Chipiona es muy bonito y desde el hotel se puede ir andando al paseo marítimo, al faro, a la calle de más restaurantes y tiendas, etc. Muy difícil aparcar en verano en todo Chipiona, puede ser interesante reservar aparcamiento con tiempo, sobre todo si se va con maletas. El único pero es que la wifi en nuestra habitación no iba...

「Encontré hormigas por varios sitios(tuve que comprar producto) Grifos lavado y bañera con muuuucha cal Bar cierra a las 4.30 la cocina,, fui 4.00 y me comentaron que ya habian cerrado la cocina.( no volvi a ir mas) Cisterna de wc, se quedaba a veces atascada. Solo habia gel desinfectante a la entrada en recepcion (pienso que tendria que haber en mas sitios, pasillos, ascensor, escaleras etc...」

「I'm flabbergasted this site has good reviews. Questioning the validity of them. First off, I picked this location because it had an indoor pool. This pool was never open. Every time I asked it was going to be open later that day, "possibly tomorrow, then no, its closed." Very disappointed. Had I been told this from the start, I would have tried ro find another place to stay. The bathroom was dirty. Floors, shower has mold that is black in color all thru the grout and caulking. This was even...
