「Other hotel guests were out of control, lying around reception on sofas for hours, shouting at each other. The experience at breakfast was a free for all, the waste of food by guests was not controlled, the management had lost control. I requested an additional bed at booking but got charged another 90 euro for a sofa bed. I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family...

「For such a nice hotel, it was missing basic room items such as a coffee or tea kettle, no clothing iron and room was not sufficiently cool enough. To help conserve electricity there were sensors that would turn on hallway and stair lights, a little creepy if single female walking alone day or night. I really appreciate friendly service (smile) and felt a little lacking from front desk. Yes I’m an American that only speaks English but still a respectful paying customer that tips for service....
