「Very noisy Lots of children so good for families less for couples We arrived early and asked if we could use the pool in the meantime (hotel was empty ) and we were told we had to wait till 4pm check-in time for insurance reasons Check out is at 11am So missed out on prime sunshine time 11 to 4 Stupid rule No where else have I ever encountered that We were how ever allowed to go spend money in their restaurant before checkin Insurance reasons seemed ok for that How conviennent for them Will...

「We liked it overall. Very clean, chic looking. Love the backyard pool and hot tub. We really liked that it was a distance walk to many restaurants, convenience store and a small outlet. However a bit more expensive.」

「We booked the zen rate for our stay, which included linens. We were disappointed to find that the stuffing from duvet was significantly clumped and that the dish soap and shampoos offered were empty (had been filled with water from previous guest). It was quite damp and humid when we arrived and the info booklet suggested using the provided space heater to remove the humidity, however one was not provided. A wood stove is available, however wood is only available for purchase at the front desk....

「Character property right in the heart of town. We were greeted warmly and given a good overview of the amenities. Our room was small but clean, quiet and had everything we required, including some old time charm. There is a very nice balcony off the common room but note that it overlooks a noisy traffic intersection. We did not eat at the in house Le Relais but we noticed it did have a nice deck toward the back of the building.」

「There's no on site staff. Was a little confusing. The bathroom walls looks like marble, but its just foam board with mactac stuck on it. All bubbled and peeling so likely getting mould from the shower, but I did not see any. Also for a 2 night stay, 2 adults they only gave us 2 towels. Not the worst stay, not the best.」
