「친절한 직원들과 훌륭한 강의 경치는 보츠와나에서의 첫인상을 완벽에 가깝게 만들어줬어요. 식당이나 보트 사파리 가격이 약간 비싸긴 했지만 현지 물가와 호텔의 입지를 생각하면 그럴만 하다고 생각합니다. 식당의 메뉴가 좀 아쉬웠어요.」

「I booked this hotel for a 4 night stay for me and two work colleagues. Upon arrival on Sunday afternoon, 6th August 2023, the lady at reception said that she had no record whatsoever of our bookings and said that we couldn’t stay as the hotel was fully booked. When I showed her the paperwork from Hotels.com confirming the booking she was unmoved and refused to honour our booking. No apology although she did telephone a local guest house and they accommodated us for our 4 night stay.」

「Really enjoyed our stay here. It was such a characterful hotel and our room was gorgeous with beautiful views over the Chobe river from the balcony. The game drives and river cruise were really good and a reasonable price. I would say, the service was very up and down, sometimes outstanding, at other times quite cold and disorganised. The same is true of the game drives, one was incredible, the other was quite mediocre. Food too, sometimes was exceptional (like the BBQ at the poolside bar), at...
