"I liked the open and spacious apartment, plenty of room for myself, my wife, and my son. What we didn't like was the HUGE COCKROACH PROBLEM!! We would leave the kitchen light on at night to help keep them away. Also, the maintenance is not very good...no batteries in the remote control for the fan in the second bedroom, several of the lights didn't work...just lazy maintenance"

Cleanliness was ok but nonexistent customer service also non-existent day- day room care."

Our unit was quite nice and, when it came to the amenities, it was clear that they had put lots of thought into what their guests might need. "My wife and I visited Bonaire on our first trip to Bonaire. The hotel was conveniently located two blocks from our dive shop/shore. We arrived after hours (in Bonaire, that means after 10 pm), so the hotel crew contracted a taxi to pick us up and give us the room key. There was no housekeeping, but typically my wife and I request no housekeeping on a daily basis at a regular hotel anyway, so that was perfect for us (someone did come in halfway through our 5 day stay to clean, though).
