「This was my first time staying at the property. Staff was very nice, the lobby was nice, breakfast was decent. But the amenities was HORRIBLE. The pool was out of order, all the equipment in the gym had "do not use", except the bike. And our room had 3 big towels, 1 face towel, and 1 medium towel. I went down to ask for towels, and was told they were in the dryer and she will bring them up later. That never happened. We had to go across the street to the Dollar Store to buy towels for our 2...

「I was kind of disappointed after staying here in the past. There was no hot water in the room. Air conditioning was not keeping the room good and cool but the rest of the hotel felt really comfortable. Yes it was hot so I didn’t let either of those bother me too much. The shower did have issues with the door so I would think that with this level of hotel it should have many of this addressed with maintenance.
