"Nice spacious apartment with sizeable balcony. Large living area. Only about 5 mins walk from Cat Cocos ferry jetty and only 1 min away from bus stop. We met the owner in the morning - very friendly and he gave us some good advice for things to see. "

"Nora and team were lovely. Apartments were comfortable and clean. Internet on the island is very spotty so our expectations were set and we didn't expect to have much there! Nora cooked us a FANTASTIC dinner and we wished we had had her cook more. There is a beautiful (very expensive) restaurant across the street. The beach is just steps away for a night swim and sunset. 🌅"

"At first, everything was great. Cute pool area, air conditioning was fantastic, nice room set up. We had an issue with the shower drainage, but that was fixed the next day. Communication via WhatsApp with whoever was on the other end was super fast and helpful. However, front desk wasn’t as helpful with our needs. And at times we felt ignored. "If you are looking for a nice quiet relaxing location off the beaten path overlooking the beach. This is the place! The accomadations are beautiful & first class. There is the constant sound of the surf, with an ocassional scooter or vehicle driving by. You may hear a few voices in the distance, other than nothing but the sweet sound of the surf."

"An absolutely perfect stay. The hosts were completely amazing, making us feel totally at home. The apartments are brand new, unbelievably comfortable with all the amenities you could possibly need. There are ample parking spaces and it’s located close to shops and restaurants. I can’t fault this property at all. My partner and I had a fabulous stay here, we have travelled all around the world and were truly impressed. 10/10!! Can’t recommend enough. "

"We had a lovely stay at Villa Aya. It’s better to take a car to visit beautiful beaches, since the gems are located distantly. We recommend to take dinners: creole cuisine was delicious, each evening we enjoyed a different amazing dish and a starter. Special thanks for Meruska and the team for hospitality and amazing food."

"This hotel is right by the beach, although we stayed at an Amex building across the road. Rooms seem to have been updated with modern tiles. Breakfast was ample with fast service for a la carte items. I especially liked the staff, their attentiveness and engagement with the guests. Location was excellent with several nice restaurants within walking distance. For a medium budget hotel, I would recommend it. "
