「This is a very European-style hotel. The hotel staff are warm, thoughtful and polite. The disadvantage is that it is not pedestrian-friendly, perhaps because of the characteristics of Baku's transportation plan. There are supermarkets nearby, and there are several restaurants within a short walk. Everything else is very good」

「The good: staff deserves five gold stars for service, efforts and friendliness. Breakfast is great, enough choices. One of the staff managers Samir was going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Professional skills, friendliness and a great sense of humor really made him a star of the show. It was a good view from our balcony, but facing busy street it was a quite noisy. The bad: A/C in the room was blowing hot air. We left it on, hoping for a chill evening just to find our...
