"Great staff, Great food, great drinks, parking easy, though found a toe nail on the floor"

"Aspects of my stay were up to standard. Others were not. While my room was clean and well presented, the bed was overly hard. Additionally, the pillows were thin and provided no support. The blind mechanisms were faulty on two of the windows. Staff were generally professional, however in the bar area we found we had to make several requests before are initial order arrived. "

"Overall a great stay. There was a lengthy delay in getting the portacot delivered and set up on the day of check in which they were very apologetic for (and the lobby looked very busy on check in). Room is a bit small but had most things we needed. Cleaning staff were friendly and even refreshed our daughter's sheets/blankets in the portacot. "

"A great place to stay in the centre of Sydney, and you can park at world Square car parking, book it separately from the hotel to save yourself some money."
