「The property is clean, the staff is friendly and eager to please you. We loved having martinis at the Bon Bini bar after dinner. Wonderful stay at beautiful RIU Palace Aruba. 」

「Great location and service for a family trip, easily walkable to restaurants and shops nearby Palm Beach. The rooms are pretty basic rooms that you would find at any Hyatt property, but you are more so paying for the amenities and location. 」

「1st night there we woke up to our room and a lot of other guest rooms flooding. Still not sure where the water came from. They moved all the guest to a different tower and after requesting some type of accountability because our luggage got wet, they finally gave a free breakfast for two days. Other than that, the property was absolutely beautiful and the center of all the fun on the strip! 」
