「The room staff person did a great job. The lobby personnel staff was always helpful. The location of the Holiday Inn is perfect. We will come back. I want to see what deals Holiday Inn has for next January 」

The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine」

「Hilton was great about adjusting our travel dates due to a winter storm back home. Jayden at the front desk was stellar and our room upgrade was much appreciated. The breakfast was fantastic and the location excellent. It will be good to get the other pool open soon as the pool complex as it stands now lags behind the other Palm Beach hotels, as does the quality/value of the pool bar. Overall we had a very good stay!」
