「You get what you pay for so I can’t complain but the staff seemed a bit confused.. I booked online and when I got to the property I told them just that the staff tried to charge me again saying I didn’t pay online despite me showing them the receipt and the confirmation number. And for some reason they asked multiple times if I had any animals with me despite me saying numerous times that it was just me and my fiancée. The room was what I expected to be at least it was clean but I checked out...

「My list of grievances... The room was "non smoking" but reeked of smoke. There was a dog barking in the room next to us , event though it said no pets. The sheets had cigarette burns in them. The hair dryer didn't work and they said they didn't have another one. The dead bolt on the door did not work. The shower tub coating was peeled off and the tub handle was moldy. The only positives was the water pressure and the ice machine worked.」

「It is my go to when I am in the area for Business. This is a great place to stay and close to the highway. Very short drive to Downtown Bentonville. Love it!」

「Breakfast had no meat just sasuage and gravy. Mattress and pillows are terrible.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and sufficient. The room was cool on arrival, but like most window-type units, it was a bit noisy.」
