「Appartement propre et très agréable du secteur」

「Had a one night stay, ate in the restaurant, food and service were excellent. You get what you pay for and this luxury stay was well worth the money. Breakfast was plentiful with all tastes catered for. Can’t really find anything to complain about.」

「Increadibly basic, but ok for a stop over. However, the bathroom door would not shut and the toilet seat was broken, otherwise it was reasonable. Check in and out was easy!」

「The room was in unacceptable condition: the bed was covered in dust, and the window facing the garden lacked screens, allowing flies and mosquitoes to flood inside when opened—which was necessary due to the hot weather. Furthermore, the TV was completely unavailable to watch the ongoing FIFA World Cup matches. Although the staff acknowledged and reportedly flagged the issue, no successful repair was made during our entire stay. This was a highly unpleasant experience. I am left wondering how...

「La résidence est idéalement située: le centre-ville est accessible à pieds, les remontées mécaniques sont à 2 pas et les parkings gratuits juste derrière. L’appartement est fonctionnel. Nous aurions juste apprécié avoir un sèche cheveux. 」

「Les chambres sont spacieuses et refaites, malheureusement la propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous. Malgré les efforts faits par le gérant pour nous satisfaire et nous délivrer une chambre familiale adaptée à deux jeunes enfants, l'expérience reste mitigée. L'espace jeux d'enfants extérieur n'est pas praticable et la piscine mal entretenue. L'hôtel est plutôt un lieu de travailleurs de passage qu'un lieu familial.」

「Lovely shabby chic style hotel with lots of upcycled features within a renovated collection of buildings around a central courtyard. Attentive welcome from the owner and lots of nice touches, such as the gifting of a delicious homemade chocolate dessert on our final night. Makes a pleasant change from overly commercialised and formulaic hotels, where you are just part of a pipeline of guests - this feels more like staying with family or friends. Highly recommended」
