"All staff from security, reception, restaurant & cleaning were so welcoming & friendly. All staff spoke good english. Hotel was excellent with free boat ride & afternoon tea. Rooms were clean & modern. Eating in the restaurant is pricey."

"Initially we booked a standard AC room but upgraded to a deluxe AC room on the 2nd floor which has been constructed newly. The room had ample space with a small balcony as well as with TV and a small storage cupboard. The room, attached bathroom-toilet was clean and the bed linen as well as towels were clean. Provision for tea/coffee in the room was available. A table chair would have been nice. Nearby dining options are available. The not-so good reviews are mostly due to the standard rooms on the first floor. Overall, a decent budget hotel close to the Kayamkulam train station with friendly front-desk staff who can arrange transport to visit nearby places."

"My stay at Radisson blu kochi was excellent.The staff at the reception especially Anakha and Delvin was very helpful and supportive.I loved kenisha restaurant at Radisson blu and their breakfast spread was awesome with more options."
