「First off, there's not really any parking. The area is very busy and very noisy at all hours. There is no elevator. The shower drain was clogged and we had to take our showers very fast. Our 6 year old spilled some chocolate milk on the bed, I was charged 500 pesos for a "cleaning fee" to wash bed sheets they needed to wash anyway. Definitely would not recommend.」

「I have severe allergies by the time we checked out in the morning. I came to find out that there cats stay and rooming around upstairs where all the rooms that costumer stayed in. It was specifically mention ab po it the cats. I have severe Asthma and allergies so this trigger on and was sick for few days.」

「The staff were very professional, friendly, respectful and kind, that made my stay a lot better because of them. I don't like how the set up of the shower, the water is not warm its more on the cold side.Even though the room look so clean but there were many little red ants and big black ants, it didn't make sense. The food was okay, they give 3 choices but the third one is not available so i end up eating the same breakfast tell the last day of my stayed. Thank you Staff!!!」
