「Room and surroundings fine, but bathroom sink had a broken plug. Fortunately, I always carry a universal stopper, so I wasn't inconvenienced.」

「Everyone there was very kind and attentive. 」

「Clean room, comfortable beds, and pillows. The personnel were super friendly, and the breakfast host was very attentive. 」

「Just needed to say for 1 night. The bed was the hardest I’ve ever spelt on. Room was clean though. No vending or drinks available at hotel. Had to go to the gas station next door. 」

「I saved a video of bugs on our bathroom floor, alive... crawling. The staff was great! But, we killed several beetle type bugs. I don't know what they are. 」

「The staff made loud, constant racket. Banging of carts. Slamming of doors. Terrible environment.」

「The staff were all super kind. However, the first room we were assigned smelled like a wet dog and had mildew on the curtains above the AC and in the shower. We were changed to another room and it was ok, but the AC unit was black in the vents, the shower had absolutely no water pressure, and there was a big stain on the carpet that looked like it was wet. The hotel isnt well kept at all. 」

「The reason I got the room is bc my power. Is off at home and I've been sick. So I asked him at the desk to make sure there was a working heater in room even tho he was super rude already.. the heater broken. The phone broken. I had my privacy tag on door when I got back from ice machine maid was smoking in my room said our room was cancelled.. I want my money back 」

「It is too dirty. A lot dust in the top of the toilet. No small towels for us. even have spider web in the cover of the toilet. Crazy. 」
