But form without function is of little value, and the staff brings the function in spades. Everyone we met went out of their way to answer our questions. 「Die Lage des Cottage ist perfekt. Vom Bett aus konnten wir Elefanten und Kudu-Antilopen im Addo Park sehen. Aber auch direkt hinter dem Zaun des Grundstücks waren Warzenschweine und Antilopen unterwegs. Es war sauber, und alles da, was man benötigt. Die Feuerstelle lädt zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen bei einem leckeren Wein ein. 」

「The room we were given was in poor quality. There were no slippers, shower gel and shampoo not refilled, no mini bar refrigerator and the shower room door was broken. The management response was also slow. We just cannot imagine this is the service standard and facility standard of Radisson Blu.」
