「Very helpful and friendly」

「When we checked in the receptionist was very nice and helpful. She moved us to a handicap room, my wife uses a walker and needs a shower chair. Room was roomy and very clean. Bed was very comfortable.」

「Room was spacious and very clean, property was well kept. Staff was very friendly. Two minor complaints is breakfast was cold and not well cooked, and pillows were awful but both are things we consider minor and would not keep us from staying again. We would just bring our own pillows and breakfast wasn’t a big deal for us. We stay in that area several times a year for granddaughter’s sports events so location was also good for us. We would stay again!」

「The first room they tried to put me in smelled like someone died in there….the arms on the couch were totally ripped off…and the toilet was broken….the 2nd room they put me in wasn’t as bad but still didn’t smell great….the hotel was grossly understaffed with one person working…I would not recommend this place for anyone…」

「TV would turn on but could not be operated with the remote. Unable to turn on the heat. No thermostat could be found. I heated the unit with the electric oven. The light on the wall between the beds did not work. Odd rust stain in tub looks like 💩. No breakfast. Just coffee. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. I won't be staying here again.」

「Our room was huge and the bed was comfortable. The pillows need upgrading. It was strange that you couldn't turn the light on in just the shower/toilet room.」

「We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets.」

「The breakfast was great. Our room did not have any body wash or handsoap in it.」

「My favorite place to stay when visiting Wichita. Excellent location, beautiful, clean hotel with well laid out rooms and bathroom. I appreciate the parking garage too. The microwave and full-size refrigerator are a nice bonus.」

「When speaking to the staff about the pet charges mentioned on Expedia for their property, he was pretty defensive about it rather than trying to understand my where I was coming from. Although I was fine with their pet charge policy in the end, it would have been nice for the man to listen more rather than tell me that Expedia is more concerned about making money off of each hotel rather than partnering with them.」
