「When we checked in the receptionist was very nice and helpful. She moved us to a handicap room, my wife uses a walker and needs a shower chair. Room was roomy and very clean. Bed was very comfortable.」

「There were lots of reviews regarding the smell, there is a smell but I don't blame this on the hotel because the outside has a similar smell. The room was clean and quite comfortable. We had no issues while staying here. The breakfast was a bit mediocre with not too many options however provide basic choices ie cereal, waffle, biscuit and gravy, muffins and breads. Overall we were pretty satisfied staying here.」

「We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets.」

「TV would turn on but could not be operated with the remote. Unable to turn on the heat. No thermostat could be found. I heated the unit with the electric oven. The light on the wall between the beds did not work. Odd rust stain in tub looks like 💩. No breakfast. Just coffee. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. I won't be staying here again.」

「Our room was clean. Judy was very helpful and even helped us with other ideas for our trip. The pool was not able to be accessed right before we checked in. They offered to give a refund, but we declined. When we returned from dinner, the pool was fixed!」

「Rooms were nice. Check in was easy. Breakfast was good for being included (free). Ice machine only works on 2nd and 4th floors when we stayed there but that was a minor issue. Free parking. Overall it was actually a good stay in a great location.」

「The air conditioning was not working- our room was at 75 degrees and would not cool down. Many people had also complained about this same issue. Luckily we brought a small fan, but I didn’t do much good.」
