The room was clean the ac went all the way down to 50 so it was nice an cold an so convenient for our concert it took was like two blocks over so we just walked even though the hotel offers shuttle rides to places

It was hot in the rooms. We stayed after a concert and they wouldn't let anyone use the steps so we all had to wait for an elevator. Parking was a pain. Overall would not go back

Nothing necessarily unique about the property. It was very close to the Convention Center which made it convenient. They also had an airport shuttle which was extremely helpful. The hotel itself was very run down but the staff was helpful and courteous
