「Rooms, lodges and restaurants outstanding. Food was wonderful. Our server at the Barton Grill was brilliant! This is a 5 star property and overall lived up to that. We had an issue with vouchers that were purchased for us as a gift. One staff at the golf course was somewhat...aloft...ok, curt but rest of staff and hotel staff were great. I do feel were somewhat shorted on the vouchers and left a sour taste.」

「The hotel was very nice! The rooms were very clean. The staff was exceptionally helpful. We enjoyed the free breakfast, which was buffet style so you could get exactly what you want. The only negative part is that there was no air conditioning and our room was very warm, but that is to be expected in Ireland. Overall, it was very, very good.」

The bathroom was not in good shape, the carpet was falling apart, the water would not get hot, and the water in the shower was backfilling.
