「The wifi never worked properly in our 4 night stay. There were a few water outages during our stay and the staff never communicated clearly about them. We also reported a leak in the ceiling but never heard about a resolution or fix. The location is very convenient and all other amenities worked as expected (including the A/C which was a must during the heatwave). It's a short 10 minutes walk to the beach, and many restaurants.」

Das Badezimmer eine Frechheit mit Schimmel und kaum Wasserdruck. In der Nacht im Hotel und drumherum VIEL ZU LAUT - keine Erholung möglich...! Die Klimaanlage super, das Essen ebenfalls, trotzdem würden wir nicht mehr buchen!」

「Wir waren 9 Tage dort. Wir hatten die Suite mit Pool gebucht und es war alles perfekt. Zimmer waren sauber, Pool sauber, die Hotelanlage sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr hervorzuheben war das gesamte Servicepersonal die sich um uns Gäste beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen gekümmert haben. Sehr nett, sehr aufmerksam und flink. Am Essen hat es uns auch an nichts gefehlt. Wir können dieses Hotel zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Fünf Sterne plus ⭐️」

「My husband and I were due to stay here for 4 nights at the end of last month, however our flight from Gatwick to Zakynthos were cancelled by EasyJet due to a storm/bad weather. The next flight out to the country was 2 days later. This was clearly out of our control. We contacted Expedia to ask for our money back on the hotel booking and the hotel declined to refund us stating their cancellation policy. I understand this is a business but our flights being cancelled on the day we were due to fly...

「Vriendelijke, gastvrije en behulpzame eigenaar Spiros en zijn familie en Blette. Mooie kamers met panorama view, lekker ontbijt en diner , mooie zwembad. We hebben 10 dagen lekker genoten. We gaan zeker nog eens terug. 」

「Great location, great staff. Great aircondition in the room. The food was never warm and was very repetitive. Not much to choose from either. So the food could be much better. But a great stay, calm hotel. Read somewhere about entertainment, but it was at another hotel. Could be a bit more info about that.」

「We loved our stay at Karras Grande Resort! Right from checking in the staff couldn’t do enough for us. There was a little confusion at check in which was nobody’s fault, but the lovely staff upgraded our room for the following nights as a gesture of good will when we spoke to them after our first night. They are genuinely such kind and warm hosts! The breakfast spread is incredible with so many options and more staff than I’ve ever seen at a breakfast ready to help if you need any assistance....

「Amalia & Yannis are wonderful hosts. The villa is beautiful, well thought out and absolutely everything you need is there. When we did need help like a taxi or advice on where to seek a Dr, they were super speedy and helpful with their response. The villa is a 5min walk into the centre of the small town and a 5-10min walk to the beach or a 10min taxi ride to Zakynthos town. We hope to be back soon!」
